Hemorrhoid Treatments – Avoid these mistakes before things get worse..

There are many ways find the hemorrhoid treatments today, and many people try to cure piles on their own at home, yet a lot of people are doing it the wrong way without realizing the mistakes they are making while trying to heal hemorrhoid.

* First thing everyone must change the eating habit!avoid junk-food!

Here’s the truth….1/3 of the American population have hemorrhoids because of poor dieting. I can’t stress this enough how much is your eating habit can affect your life style, not to mention causing piles. Are you eating too much processed food? Are you getting too much junk-foods that include the McDonald, cake, high fructose-corn syrup, and loads of sugar stuff in your stomach? Sure they are tasty, but it is worth putting all that unhealthy stuff in your mouth?

Vast majority of people think that hemorrhoids is natural cause of disease. Well, the fact is that those unhealthy foods can lead to digestion problem and constant gas as well as creating stool to hard and eventually lead to constipation. Constipation can cause bleeding from anus, but also affects possible side effect on spreading infection on external area.

There are no rules that you can’t eat the processed food, but it’s ok to eat them occasionally, maybe once a month.

The most important thing is to control your diet, cutting the processed food, and sugar. You should be adding a lots of high fiber to your meal and drinking plenty of water though out the day. It will dramatically change your body as eating healthy food is one of the most significant treatment for hemorrhoids.

* Avoid sitting for too longDo not sit for long time

If sitting for long time, there will be too much pressure on the anus which can cause more bruise and spreads infection. This is why the most people can’t heal hemorrhoids correctly, but there’s solution to this.

Use a soft cushion…

Cushion can help relief pain on the bottom, and may slowly heal as day goes on. If you work at the office, bring a cushion and put it on the chair. If you are watching a movie at home or studying at the desk, use a cushion and walk around for couple of hour or so. Standing for long time isn’t good either, so try to balance them out.

* Avoid this one exercise …Don't go too heavy

Do Not Lift Heavy Weights!  Actually I’ll take that back, you can still lift weights, but don’t go too extreme.

If you are suffering down there, straining workout such as power lifting, bench press, squat.. you name it, these workouts will make the blood flow out to the extremities. It’s bit of sacrifice but if you have to lift heavy, make sure you breathe in and out for each sets and reps.
